i did change my factory headlights bulbs to aftermarket d4sand i did install hid fog lights..

it has rained hard since i did the mods and never had problems with condensation or flickering or anything of that sort. today i took my car into get a car wash and there was A LOT of condensation inside my driver side headlights.. i noticed it this afternoon. i thought nothing much of it.. tonight i tried to turn on my headlights and the driver headlight and foglight does not turn on.. i kept playing with on/off and eventually both fogs just DIE. i replaced the fuse for the fogs because it was blown and they both came back on.. then it blew out again.. (wtf?).. if i turn it off and on repeatedly eventually the driver side will come on.

help?

 

The only thing I can think of is check the ballast.
