when i took out my water bottle from the side water bottle holder on the side of the front door i noticed a thin line of white gunk..not sure what it is but i think it comes like it.. anyways i just got a flat head screw driver and tissue on the end of it to get it out.... so did you find the white surprise? please be advice you can only see the white surprise when the water bottle holder is open/expanded and its on the side of the hindge...
