As you can tell, I don't know how to deal with that...
BTW, is this an easy DIY, or should I leave it to professionals?
It wouldn't necesarily be an easy DIY, but the "professionals" would not be the dealer. A body shop would have much more experience with that sort of thing.
If you bring this up with the dealer, be forewarned that they may "repair" the problem by attempting to realign your doors, which is almost always done improperly.

In fact it's so easy to do, a caveman can do it
Most of the seals are a pressure fit, like a refrigerator or a door-frame seal. It was not that hard at all, and if you’re not up to it then I'd take it to the dealer. However, if remember correctly, there as a DYI in the ES350 forums about implementing countermeasures to combat the wind noises - and it demonstrated how to disassemble and re-assemble the door seals. I’m sure that the same techniques can be applied here as well.

Thanks.
I actually post that link once in a while for people with wind noise. I just can't believe it's happening to me!!!
I'll try a couple of things. I'll keep everyone posted.

NP.
In regard to wind noises and sealing issues: if this issue is present from delivery, it usually means that there is some other issue besides the seal [misalignments, ect.]. But if the issue occurs over time, it's usually the seal itself getting bunched up from expansion/contraction and/or physical movement of the seal from it's original seating area. I would also recommend that you do not remove the the entire seal, rather just the area of concern. If this is not an option then the removal of the entire seal may be your only option.
That's why I think that reseating the seals may work out for you as it did for me.
