What are the chances of any GB happening on these and when or how soon could it happen? Swirls marks are starting to develop on my wood trim and I really want to protect it asap.

Thanks.

for the ones from www.wooddashexperts.com i wonder if you can just order certain parts of the kit. Personaly i would only use about 7 of the 33 pieces they include, and their the 7 in the carson kit. I ask this cause i read their website and it says they dont make the kit till its ordered basicy, so if thats the case we should be able to more the order a bit more customized to us right? i mean if we can get this kit for cheaper, it might be to cheap not to try haha under 200

I doubt you will be able to but its worth a try I guess. Honestly order all 33 lol. If you get in in Real CF I might buy some off you. Its the cheapest you will find it. Car-gym.com has the carson kit for 280 without shipping.

[QUOTE=Letz250;2937130]Check this out: http://www.car-gym.com/catalog/produ...oducts_id=1327. Judging the pics, it is the same as the Carson Kit, and the special offer is definitely lower than GB price from Carson. I got mine last week. Shipping was very fast: 3 days from Hong Kong to Europe. Quality is excellent! QUOTE]

Got mine in today, the quality is great but it didnt have any tape to stick it on, what kind of tape did u use to put it on??

Should be double-sided 3m tape.

For a price drop from over 400$ to 280$ I have no problem it comes without tape! I even prefer it does not come with so I can choose myself. I used a double sided tape from a brand named "Tesa" -don't know if it's available for you-. It is very thin, (~1/4 mm), 19mm wide, clear and holds up to 20kg/m ! The best is, it leaves no residues on removal, which you cannot be sure of for a preinstalled one!
IMO investing 3€ for tape and 10 min. to apply it should be worth it.

I still want to see a clear pic of the weave and most of the pieces.

Mr Mark post some clear detailed pics of your kit from this company. Then post them side by side of your kit form carson. Many poeple here have the carson kit and I am sure would want to see how the two weaves look against one another.

To make it easier, buy the 3M double sided tape with the red back. It's pretty thin and stick real well. Just clean the surface, where the tape is going to stick to, real well. I'm not sure if rubbing alcohol will cause nay harm to the wood trim but that's what I would use to clean, then dry it off.

Oh no, I didn't buy anything for the IS250, sorry for the confusion. However, I have bought a couple for my Brother and friends so I know a bit about it. Even though the kit I bought for my friends weren't the best quality, the way I installed it has stayed and looks pretty good.

I might be investing on the ones from WoodDashKits though since they have a plain black color. I'm just waiting a bit if MrMark is going to have a GB on it though.
