You should be fine, but be very selective about the shop you take it to. My IS300 was hit 4 times, and not one of them my fault. First was from behind after I stopped at red light when the car didn't even have plates. The car behind me plowed right into me when I was at a dead stop. Two months later an old lady hit me from behind after a semi pulled into our lane 10 cars ahead and caused a chain reaction slow down - except she didn't slow down. Then I was freaked I was going to get hit again so I actually pulled over into the Target parking lot to take an important call, I turned off the engine and BOOM, some idiot backed into me. The last time was a Ford F150 raised truck who decided he didn't really want to leave the parking lot so put it in reverse and backed into me and crumpled the hood (he was so raised he couldn't even see my roof). So based on that, I'm an expert on body work 
I took it to the shop Lexus said they send their cars to and it was perfect. For the hood I got lazy and took it to a local shop and it's already chipping and looks like crap. Long story, but bottom line is ask your dealer where they go.

Yeah i was pretty pissed when I saw my car, and the person that hit it was going to run, but thanks to my friends who had parked close to me witness the accident and stopped the person from driving off...

by looking at the pix, i dont thinks ther any frame damage, so ur car should be fine. Jz makes sure u bring it to a good body shop so they can match up the body, and paint to the oe color. good luck
Notice its all on silver IS's. Silver is notorious for blending into the road and surroundings so its a dangerous color!
