IS in Germany
It looks like you are all set then. I've not heard of a company that would ship one's personal car over in lieu of providing financial assistance at the Host location, it's certainly a different type of company policy.
Obviously you own the car free and clear of any loans and liens as not many lenders will allow you to remove a vehicle out of the USA with an outstanding loan.
Reason that warranties are country specific is that Lexus USA is different than Lexus Germany. These organizations buy cars from Lexus Corporation but they sell and service them in their authorized country of sale. The bigger reason is probably to prevent transcountry shipping where cars could be bought in the USA and shipped to Germany, for instance. The German company gets no benefit and has to service the car. It's to prevent the cars being bought at the cheapest location and shipped to higher priced locations. Theoretically it might be good for the consumer but it would play havoc with the distribution network which is a hugely expensive operation. These sorts of restrictions are almost universal in the car industry. Warranties are not transferable between countries. You might check with Lexus Germany and see if they will sell you warranty protection, but most likely they won't want to deal with a non-standard model.
Let us know how the IS performs on the Autobahn.

Haha that's classic. Most of us are lucky if we can hit 80 on the freeways around our major cities.
weather will restrict your speed more than anything. i worked in burghausen which i took the new highway to (i think it was 92) from munchen. i wish i had my 350 on that road because it was clear and straight for as far as you could see. my A class was no match for anything. going 120-130kph was pushing it haha....
Yeah bring it over here and sell it to me please
i wish we would have the 350 over here then i wouldn't have to go for the IS-F! Be sure to check out Autobahn A24 from Hamburg to Berlin (i know it's a long trip from munich) cuz its about 150 km without speed limit. I had my IS 250 at 250 km/h there (tach needle was all the way down).
