Default is this wheels setup going to work??

I currently have an 06 is250 lowered with eibach. here is the setup i have right now:

Front: 18 x 8 with 225/40/18

Back: 18 x 8.5 with 255/40/18

these are aftermarket chrome wheels but from the dealer so i'm not sure what the offsets are:

I am thinking about goin to:

Front: 19 x 8.5 with 225/40/19

Back: 19 x 9.5 with 255/45/19

THE OFFSETS ON ALL FOUR WHEELS WILL BE 20. WHAT AFFECT WILL THESE OFFSETS HAVE IN TERMS OF RUBBING OR LOOK. I am not sure exactly how offsets work but any help would be appreciated, thanks.

i honestly dont think a +20 offset will work too well on the 2nd gen is? maybe its just me... but those offsets are WAY too low...

u should probably stick with an offset of around the mid 30s.
