Those of you with Reverse Cam hack read here!!
my local stereo shop is going to do the reverse cam hack for me. my question is, when you guys installed the dvd player-where did you get the power from? my audio shop is connecting an xbox 360, but with the huge power brick they don't wanna use an inverter in the car...and with my system and underglow
already stealing power from the battery-they are very hesitant. have any of you guys with dvd players or game consoles in the car had any problems with a loss of power?

Are you in SoCal? I am interested in getting my reverse cam hacked as well but I would probably just put a slim PS2 in it to watch DVDs and maybe play some games. Where is the stereo shop and how much are they charging to do the hack?

the concept of having a video game console in a vehicle is not a new phenomenon. you know this has been happening for ages. don't use my thread to rant, you won't be happy with what i have to say because it is a matter of personal opinion. obviously no one plays video games while driving, and no i don't park my car and sit in it and play video games. it's the thought of having it, similar to the DVD feature of ML. i don't have ML, so i wanted to throw something in there to give me DVD capability as well as some cool factor.
Just outta curiosity, is your car going to be a show car? Cuz it's starting to get ridiculous.
In reality, the Wii will be the easiest to fit, and the best with the ladiez.
But anyways, MS finally took action on their ****ty *** hardware and extended their warranty to three years.
