If the door is open and the engine is off, the car open door alarm rings and will not stop. This is so annoying, can I disable this? The odometer will still display the Red open door.

 

I think this only happens if you open the door before shutting off the motor. I've simply gotten into the habit of turning off the ignition before opening the door.

Nope. It's when you open the door before the steering wheel finishes going up. I hate it. Next time it happens, shut the door, watch the steering wheel move 2mm then open the door again, the ringing stops. What is the point of that?

 

Well you can disable the steering wheel from going up if you wan to.

Well don`t want to rub it in. But that nice, smooth, sweetness electro-mechanical sound of the motorized steering does cover the unsettling, clonky sound of the steering lock. Which I didn't noticed was present until I had a loaner...

 

i think the engineers should come to america and watch us with our doors open and the radio on, then they might get it. they forget we have wide streets and vast parking lots.

 

Ok so I just gotta make sure I don't act too fast and wait for the steering wheel to finish but this sucks anyways. Thanks for letting me know. How can I disable the wheel from coming out if I have the car on the 2 button stage. That is annoying too. Can't do anything with that steering wheel in my way
