How do you remove and reinstall the front lower grille?....

yes, you need to 'unclip" the entire front bumper.
The piece itself is $30-$35 from the dealership, and the labor is $70-$100 to install. One of the posters is correct, you need to "unclip" the front bumper --not remove, but unclip so the bottom of the bumper drops down and you can just clip in the new mesh grille.
