I've searched high and low throughout the forum and haven't found anything on this, but I apologize if it is a duplicate post.

My navigation system was having issues, so my dealership replaced the disc with a new one this morning. Now that I have the new version, the override that allows for you to enter destinations while driving doesn't work anymore. Is there another service menu to go into for this or is it completely disabled? Thanks for your help!

I don't think you could ever enter destinations while driving unless it was hacked

Unfortunately, it is now completely disabled. The new update disc does not let the user access the required menu to override the lockout. There is a way, however, but it is extremely technical. I'm surprised you didn't find it in your search because there is a ton of stuff written on it. Basically, you have to have both new and old discs on hand and have the ability to burn a CD rom. Be careful, copyright infringement is illegal and not condoned.
