These guys in Taiwan say that they could install the NAV system to those non NAV system no matter what kind of ISX50 you have... but the price is a bit too much! USD$ 8250

IS250 EMV System is to equipped your IS250. Comes with rear camera, bluetooth and navigation system. We have full information, no matter Japan/American version, we can install the EMV system for you. Making your IS250 perfect!!!
NOTE:
1)We offer you the service of ordering and auction for the IS-series EMV system, as long as you place the order, we will offer you the best service.
2)We will do the installation for you, and arrange all the other parts that will need fot installing the EMV system.
3)Due to the version and needs might be different, so we can not give you the exact quotation now. If you have the EMV system yourself, we can give you the installation quotation.
4)Japan version can not use the Taiwan navigation system, the map software is installed in the HDD drive(need to know how to re-write)
5)For the American version, you can use the map system in Taiwan, running with the DVD-ROM, so, you have to upgrade your CD system to DVD system----

For that price, I'd get a Garmin nav system, and let it find all the strip clubs in my area, and then go buck wild...

Maybe the taxes (or something related?) in Taiwan is what makes it so expensive?

$8K is way to high to USDM, but I think it is normal in asia. The car is about 250% more in area like Taiwan, HongKong, and Singapore.

I would just get a aftermarket set.

Come on guys, the price is right considering the man have to travel from the other side of the world to do a home installation. The flight alone is around $2,400 round trip for just one techkie. The actual installation goes for 52 hundred dollars.

Ahh !! I'm terrible at lying, this people are mad!!

F that I would rather spend that money on something that looks nicer taking you places such as HRE 540Rs.
