Because I saw sewell sells a kit to move your 3rd brake light higher

nope and the OEM spoiler doesn't block the 3rd light IMO

Not at all! I am sure the that the OEM work fine with the break light...at less in my case it is..

I debated this as well. After I put it on my car you can easily see the 3rd brake light with the spoiler on. Don't get the kit!
