Afs Off
if you have AFS. the sensor is connected to your rear suspension as well as your steering wheel on the IS. an inexperienced matenence guy unknowingly must have set something off. or in worst case scenario broke the sensor
mine did this as well and i researched it and if i remember correctly it has something to do with the level of the headlights. There are some kind of levers under the car that adjust the level of the lighting, and if it is too high/low, it think it sets the thing off.
