My car was produced long before April '06, and the control to select between the two sets of sensors is to the left of the steering wheel, just as it is on the cars currently in showrooms.

Stupid button... I say you hack it out and follow it to where its connected! Or take it back to the dealer... You did buy it new right? If so they you should easily be able to ask WTF this button is and why no one else with brand new ISs has it.

On the other hand, maybe its some Lojack or Locktronics bypass swtich. You know how sometimes they leave some of the hardware they install for them to have lower insurance in the car when you dont want to pay for it?

Just press it and it should get you 0-60 in 4 sec.
Oh and you need to be in "power-mode" when doing this
(It wont work under normal-mode or snow-mode).

Ahh another one of those great mysteries of life... like... whats so important that girls need to ALWAYS be on the fone while driving... or... why do guys never see the car stopped in front when looking at girls at a bus stop...

According to your Sig.. it looks like the Valet Switch for the Viper Aftermarket Alarm.

Not to mention, you have an aftermarket self tapping screw in the pic too!

It's not white. It is sterling interior.

That button should come in 3 colors;

Cashmere
Sterling
Black

Do you know how to use that button? It is used to navigate the programming sequence of the alarm.

Well anyway, they did not do a good job. I question why a self tapping screw was needed to support the glove box. I hope they didnt break any clips.
