Default Front Air Dam

I just purchased a new IS250, and am considering purchasing the x-package front air dam. What is everyone's opinions on the car with the air dam vs. the factory look?

Does having it ruin the clean look on the front bumper?

Or, does it look clean installed and add an even sportier flare to the IS?

Thanks for your input!

I have the xpac and i see alot of IS with the stock front lip, to me if you got its nice and if you dont got it, its still nice. If i DIDNT have it thou i wouldnt pay for it the car just looks nice anyway.

I have both since the stock lip was in the trunk when i picked up the car

I found the piece online for $260 painted...

Would it look bad just having the front air dam and not the side skirts and rear bumper piece? I can't seem to see much of a difference between the 2 side skirts.

I'm also going to purchase the spoiler which I found for $180

The car is Starfire Pearl

the side kit is barely noticable so not having it wont make any difference. the back and front are the main ones that you really need if you cant get all the pieces.

^ agreed, the sides just pinches out a little bit more I guess. But the front air dam is still doable w/o the rear, also.

I think the front air dam adds a nice bit of agressiveness to the front end. But if you don't have it the car still looks good. All of the ground effects pieces (front, side, rear) are very subtle. But if given a choice I'd opt for them in the following order -- front, rear, sides.

That was exactly my dilemna, i debated about getting the whole package, but in the end the sides dont seems too different and i dont really care for the rear so all i got was the front lip and rear spoiler...your looks just like mine.

I think the car looks great without it too. I wont be putting my money towards one...
