TSIB's applicable to subsequent owners?
Do the TSIB's apply only to original owners? I am the second owner of an 06 IS 350 with 1900 miles and the excessive brake dust drives me crazy! The original owner never pursued the brake issue. I am going to the dealership this weekend for an oil change and am wondering what my chances are for getting the brakes replaced....
