Default 6MT Rollcall

Hello IS250 ppls... when I purchased my car the dealer said it was extremely difficult for them to find a 6MT IS250 because the dealership does not sell too many and he said they make up only 5% of the sales of the IS250... as such, I wanted to make a list of where everyone was located who owned an IS250 with a 6 speed... can't wait to hear from all of you.

Dave

I don't have it yet but it should be here by the end of the month, if not by early July. I'm in Fullerton, CA. Still new and totally looking forward to my car!

Had to wait a bit for my SGM, but it was worth it. they didnt even have one for me to test drive either, and i mean all the local dealerships in Vancouver... not sure if that has changed now.

Boston, MA

There were 2, both white, when I picked mine up. The salesman mentioned they only made 35 6 speed manuals for the northeast region (west virginia and up)

We just ordered a 2007 after trying to buy a 2006 with 11,000 miles that was on the lot. They told us how rare it was. They were right, but we weren't spending 30,000 on it. We looked all over the south for another and we couldn't find one. So we started calling dealers for prices on new.

I heard anything from "They're so rare that we can only order one at MSRP" to "We don't sell many so I can give you a good deal".

We ended up getting our new one for 500 more than the used. The used one is still sitting on the lot. It's been sitting there over a month now. At least we got to take a test drive in it. They said that they have so much money in it with trade, tires, and warranties that they'll wait for the perfect person (ie. sucker) to buy it.

We'll have to wait for our new one, but it will be worth it. We also added Navigation on our new one.

How do you all like your M/T?

San Francisco, CA. Mine was just sitting on the lot, too. I've had it about two months and 1200 miles.
