Where to get touch-up paint??
Their service is exceptional! I really have to hand it to them. It's more like walking into a resort than a car dealership!

Clear Lake was the funniest experience. I had a blank check and was ready to drive a car off the lot, and pay it off in cash upfront, but they didn't seem to want to sell me one. Salesman said he had another appointment with another client. Handed me the keys to an IS350 and said to go for a test drive. I came back an hour later and handed the keys back to the receptionist after waiting in the showroom for my salesman (or any salesman) to sell me a car.
I went to Northside and asked them to match the price I was getting from Sterling McCall (who offered to come within a few hundred dollars of California prices), and they said no deal.
I'm not loyal to any service department yet because I haven't had to take the car in (just bought last month), however, I will go to Northside if I don't get good service at Sterling McCall.
I bought mine from Sterling McCall because Northside/Westside & Clear Lake wouldn't drop their price to where I wanted it to be.

I think it has to do some with the time of year about when purchasing the car, strange as it may sound.
I've got a long story about going from an 06' to an 07'. But bless their hearts as I must say, they came through.
