Leasing question

Im looking to get rid of my sc400 for an is250 6 spd.

i would have to lease, and im looking to stay 300/month. i dont care how basic it is. is this possible?
also, about 3-4000 down

JM lexus in FL has it right now 299/month maybe a NC dealership can match it.
