Brent, first off nice to meet you. Secondly, I do have a question for you...I will be in JM on Thursday at 1 to get the TSB done for the IS250 brakes, can you tell me if JM will be replacing my rotors as well. There seems to be much confusion on this subject. If you need any of my contact info, just pm me. Thanks!

Hi Brent,
I purchased my IS350 from JM. I got an oil filter a few months ago from the parts dept. and paid $9.66. This is before I knew I could get it for MUCH LESS (under $4.00) elsewhere. I do hope the prices you offer will be much more competitive.
