Yes but you have to pay for the subscription to it, so the rest of us who dont want to pay rely on other CL members to tell us or call the dealership and ask.

This is the OFFICIAL source for all manuals, TSIB's, and other Lexus documentation. It's $10 for 24 hours of access - hardly a bank-breaker. If you're going going to buy a day's worth of access, keep in mind that your access expires on midnight Pacific time of the next day, so buy it as early in the day as possible, and you'll get almost two days worth of access for $10. Oh, and the TSIB you're looking for is NV003-06, entitled "Instrument Panel Rattle."
