My V557 on Cingular never shows the caller ID! I always have to look on the phone to see whos calling.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Yes, input the names into the system on your own, or transfer the phone book into the car's system if your service provider allows this.

My prior post in this thread explains further. The problem isn't your phone or your car, but is with your service provider.
