The general windshield tsb solved all my rattle problems. A 30 minute fix at the dealership and I'm happy.

I, and several others I know, have successfully done exactly this.

I have the same rattles. I mentioned it when i have my issue with my Warning Light. I only said please check my rattle, then it takes them 3 days to fix it, they were really helpful and honest with me. So now, love the car, so damn quite. . Just take to the dealer if it bothers u that much. Good luck!

It's still worth a try. I'd try and take care of a cust of mine. I'd rather they come in and get it fixed then be unhappy with their Lexus.

o wow, i was a bit hesitant of taking my is350 in for the squeaking i noticed from the front console last week. a lil relieved that this is a common issue as opposed to gettin a lemon (my is only has 3400 miles).

for those of you who have had this problem fixed through the dealership, did they tell you what the cause was and what they did to fix the problem? thanks in advance!

ps. what the hell does "TSB" or "TSIB" stand for?

I have the same exact thing. Is there a TSB for this winshield rock pop sounding noise in the dash?

I dont know about that- on the freeway in 5th gear my 65 Mustang is pretty quiet- I can talk on the cell phone no problem- and I am VERY picky about sqeaks and rattles-

Also though, the interior in the Mustang is much more simple then the IS350- so it is alot easier to adjust- because there are not very many things to rattle-

In fact I actually have shut off the motor in my 65 when I first finished it while going down a hill to listen for sqeaks/ rattles- (I can do that because it has manual brakes and steering- in fact it has no A/C no heater no power windows doorlocks seats LOL-

talk about going from luxury to nothing when I switch cars LOL
