sorry to hear that.

what year is your car and 250 or 350?

Would weather affect the car not starting?

quick question... did you have your fob in the same spot as your cell phone... i learned why that is in the manual last month... i couldn't unlock doors via touch of the handles... i had to use the button.... i had left my fob and cell phone in the same pocket... it "came back" later on in the day. I am assuming it shorted the frequency or it became magnetized... i remember it used to happen to my credit cards if they were in the same pocket as my cell once or twice...

never really checked but insnt there an override bye the gear selector? normally cars have a slot where you can put the key in (so the glove box lock key?? in our case)

what did the Lexus dealer say for towing??? did you ask them if there was some way to take the car out of gear? there has to be a way to tow our car if the battery is dead they should be able to take it out of gear...they have done this on other cars for me in the past. man i hope this all works out for you!
