Hi, is anyone registared under Lexus.com? I have tried and always get the error about invalid info or something. I tried on different computers, so it has to be the website

 

Yea I have the same problem when I try to registar before. Our address is spell differently then the post office spelling, so I went to yahoo.com and use maps to find my address just to see how my address is spell out in the search. After that i just follow the address where the star is at and use that address to register. There is no problem once i use that method.

 

when did you buy the car?

I had problems register before but i waited for almost a month to re-register.

I guess it takes time for lexus to update their info ?

 

I can't register for Lexus Owners at all.

 

I had no problem registering with both Lexus Owners and Lexus Financial a week or so after I bought the car last August. Used them last week with no problem.

 

I had problems initially and received the "Invalid Information" error. After putting my address in there about three times, it popped up what their records had and asked if I wanted to keep it, or override with the data I'd been putting in. It was just a formatting thing (and I think they used all capital letters).

 

Interesting. I'm going to try again. Cause I was able to register for Lexus Financial right when I got my IS.

 

what happens when you register? you get emails and such?

 

I registered and logon , no problems.

I got it to work, I went over to mapquest and do the address thingy and it works

I've been registed for about 2 years now. You get emails and updates on whats new. You can also sign up to receive the magazines.
