taking off the bumper! help!

hi guys. i just got my 8k HID kit for my fogs for my is350, but im puzzled on how to take the front bumper off. or a way to get to the fogs easily

theres no need to remove the front bumper in order to install hid fogs. u can reach the fogs by removing the fender liner in the wheel well directly behind the fogs.

i kno that, and theres a panel for the driver side right under. i just want to know in case the other methods dont work
