just got my new tein CS!!!

does anyone have directions for these in english, i have the j- spec, also, has anyone attemted to install these themselves, if so how was it. Im planning on doing it myself after doing some research.

Not that bad it took me @ an hour per wheel.With no lift.

Did you need any special tools, Ive lowered many trucks, but never a car.
