Default Navi problem?

Does anyone have Navi problem with their 2IS yet? Sometime I see black and white lines will come up for few seconds and goes away. Has it happen to anyone or is it just mine needs to be check up? BTW, I have brought to dealer and they said they reset my nav but it still happens once awhile.

Sounds like you ought to be pressuring the dealer to replace the unit.

This has never happened to mine, nor have I read about it happening to anyone else here.

no need to wait for anyone here to respond with navi problems. black and white lines on your screen is not normal; you WILL need to see your dealership regardless. they will simply replace your unit.

There seems to be some debate over the term ECU, but they are replacing the whole unit. They tried to swap it out, but the check engine light came on (they match the VIN number) Monday they replace it along with the center console that they scratched in the process (lexus las vegas). Ill get you more info if you need it.

I went to the dealer today and the 17 year experienced tech told me he thinks it's the disc problem. He order me the newest version and will replace for me when it's here.

Hey Cancellino, anymore more updates? Thanks.

This happens to mine too. It's happened to me about 3 or 4 times since I've owned the car (I've had it for a little over a year now). I told them about this when I brought it in for my first oil change, but they just told me that they checked the system and found nothing wrong with it. Of course I couldn't replicate the problem while I was there since, it happens so rarely.
