I love when those things happen to me because there is only one answer you give that frickin general manager is I thought I bought a brand new car not a used one. Last time I checked when you bought anything new it was in perfect condition. Just my .02$ cents

This is not true. Once the paperwork is signed you OWN it. It doesn't matter where it's parked. All you can do is talk to the GSM and hope he can un-wind the deal. Be prepared for a lot of red tape and high pressure.
