Just to clarify the issue-the memory buttons will not work except in park, but you can move the seats around using the controls on the side while you are driving.

This bothers me as well. I wish there was a bypass for it. It sucks having to tell your wife "wait till I get to a stop light before pushing the button". I also hate waiting for the seat to fully adjsust before putting the car in gear.

If we have a nav hack, how come we don't have a seat hack

This is a Lexus thing. Their Lawyers must be the cause for a lot of the functions not working while moving. Seats, nav, etc. The other brands I have owned do not do this.

I hate having to stop to operate features.
