..I would honestly love some 20's on the IS...but being that I live in Miami..roads arent exactly nice and flush...speed bumps are notorious at times...and a 25 tire thickness is nuts ! But yeah I would love to do a real nice setup...I was looking @ D2's site and I really like Sevas...great looks and definite bang for your buck...but as far as lowering your car..what springs did you use ?

I used a Tein Comfort Sport coilover suspension, which is ride height and dampening adjustable. This suspension is really awesome!!! I highly recommend it

..As far as the speakers go..you're right about JL...I actually wanna replace all my interior speakers w/ MB Quart and do an 8'' JL W7 in a ported box in the trunk.. Let me know if you've ever dealt w/ W7's in the past..
..Do you have any pictures of your car so I can see how high the 20's ride ?

If you're going to get a ported box, make sure you get one of JL'S subwoofer boxes, as they are designed to reproduce some serious bass!!! A friend of mine installed an original JL box with 2 8" subs and I laughed because I thought he had wasted his money. Well, to my surprise that thing sounded like he had 2 15"s in the trunk, really great bass reproduction!!!

Here's a pic of my car so you can see how it looks:

CaThaFeR:

Love your car too..Although I am thinking about getting Sevas..seriously..and same question as I asked Alex350...how $$ was ur suspension?..and ur HIDs ? And where'd you get the Lexus license plate frame?

For everyone: I love the overload of picture posting..It really helps me to visualize...I will be posting up pictures soon...I'll start off stock of course and show you guys my progress

Just to give you guys an insight...I have a 2006 IS250 RWD...Navy Blue (Obsidian I believe it's called)..Beige perforated leather/Navigation...20% tint all around (windshield no tint)

**So many questions..so much to catch up on...you guys have been great..more suggestions and advice is very much appreciated **

my springs were about $480 installed...lo beam hids were about $300 for the conversion kit + install...hid fogs, i had the kit, just bought new bulbs to match the lowbeams + $100 to install them
license plate frame is one of a kind although you could make your own if you buy some swarovski crystals and the plain lexus frame

LOL It's a nice girl's touch I guess..that's how you guys in NYC do it huh lol..I like it it's creative..umm..I actually found the all-chrome plate online for nearly $50+shipping ..seems like my dealer's too cheap to have them in stock..but nevertheless...I went ahead and ordered the lip spoiler to start ..not sure if I should sent it to get installed at the dealer or see how much "Pancho" charges @ some random bodyshop...My car's dirty..gotta wash it

haha...thats how *i* do it in NY..lmao...my CL decal is like that too..everyone always loves them..its just a subtle touch to make my car a little more girly without going overboard

i'd go to a body shop and see what they charge for install of the spoiler..thats what i did..shouldnt be much more than $100
