Guys - I saw some older threads about how you can buy a 2nd new keyfob and program it yourself but those were for other Lexus models. Is there a source online for the 2006 IS250. Supposedly, programming a new keyfob is fairly straight-forward without any tools and I'll rather do it myself if possible

I don't think thats possible without Techstream. Few DIYs and a techstream cord is about 50 on eBay.
