It's not a cover, it's a "lift" kit. Also unnecessary, I have seen the lift kit and all it does is raise the CHMSL an inch or two to compensate for the viewing angle for the newly installed spoiler...I got the spoiler done without the lift kit and it shows just fine from the rear. I also had my rear window tinted and they did not cut out for the light, they removed it, tinted the whole window, and replaced the light.

That cover must be for the Gen1 IS, because the 2IS spoiler has no brakelight in it. In any case, with a 2IS spoiler there is no need for the cover or for the lift kit.
