That was my suggestion way back in the third post in this thread. No need to spend that much. I bought one of these http://www.hechinger.com/web/catalog...A39C585AB7CF7B
for my dad about 10 years ago, and it's still working great.

Hey, everyone...sorry it took me awhile to get back on here. Busy weekend and then swamped at the office....
I checked the door jamb, and lo and behold -- 35 and 37! So I don't know what the service person was talking about when she told me to "jack it up" to 34. That made me think I was putting an amount in that was over and above the recommended pressure. Well, whatever. It hasn't been as cold here the past few mornings, so I'm driving around with 34 in all four and no warning light. However, I plan on putting in the recommended 35/37 and hoping I won't see the light (for awhile at least. I know tires do lose pressure as a matter of course.) Thanks to everyone for all of their suggestions. I wish I wasn't so "afraid" of my car, but I think the A4 traumatized me.

My tire pressure warning light has been coming on nightly when leaving for work. It gets cold at night, even in CaliLand. Anyway, jacking it up to 35 and 38 solved my problem. I've had my share of flats before....3 in one year.... so I never ignore the warning light.
