Touch up paint help

Touch up paint help
I just got the OEM Lexus touch-up paint. How do I get paint to flow through the pen? I don't see an "orange insert" that I'm supposed to remove.

It's in there, probably covered with paint.

yeah, when you unscrew the cap, there is something you can pop out.

LOL, I found it. Now that I've impressed everyone with my technical skills I think I'm going to fix my bumper.
