Not Possible to Fast Forward MP3?

I have IS350 w. Nav/ML

i can't seem to find the button to fast forward a song. search everywhere - is there a button for fast forwarding music?

Not that I've found. The skip button advances to the next track, or if you hold it down for about five seconds, to the next disc.

i was gonna ask the same question...
is there a FF on normal cd's?

i have my vaistech and there is no ff option

Yes, I believe that I have.....all you have to do is hold down the advance button (bottom left) of the head unit....it starts skipping throught the time on the song....

same with this unit....just hold the track button on the bottom left of the head unit.....

Yep...i just tested both and they both skip through the song....in the case of the vais, you hear it skipping, in the case of the mp3 cd, you see the time quickly advancing....
