Anyone get a clear bra for their IS?
I got a quote from a guy in Orange...$770 for partial hood, front bumper, fenders & mirrors. I am wondering if this is on OK deal (I'm sure it cant be great). Does anyone else know anyone in socal that does this? ANyone have the clear bra and hate it, love it, etc?

SilverLexo, I did the clear bra for my ES350. Great job. Francisco is a nice guy. You won't be disappointed. They are far from the OC area, but I believe they do have weekend installations. Or just take half a day off if you had to do it on a weekday.

Definately, go get it and don't wait. It's worth it. My IS was clear braed 3 months after the purchase. I wish I had it done the first week. I paid $520, job was "okay" - could have been better though.

Log on to the 3M website, you can search by your zip code for authorized installers.

You guys should definitely check out Premier. I've seen both and my nod goes to them. Call and talk to Sam. Let him know Jason with the IS and SC sent you. www.premiermobilegroup.com

Premier is in Freemont, and I thought La Verne was far from me. LOL. I'm sure they are good, just a bit too far from me.
I have an appt with aerotect on Saturday. Almost $300 cheaper and I’m getting way more stuff put on (red tails, headlights, fogs, etc.). Once again thank you to the folks on this board for helping me save a few bucks!! The way I figure it, now I have all that extra stuff and an intake for less than I was originally going to spend on just the bra!!

MAJOR RECOMMENDATION:
Go with a custom cut. Not a kit. On a custom job, they stretch one piece of film across the car and cut the film, remove the grille trim, cut under that, wrap and cut under the wheel wells, headlamps, etc.
With a kit, you will see all the edges. Significantly less edges/cuts to see on a custom job.
I'm sure most of you guys out there agree.
