Well, you didn't PM me In my case I'm running the setup you see in my signature below and I don't have any rubbing issues whatsoever, but my wheels are custom made for the car, so that might have a lot to do with it. Some of the guys here are running the same size wheels as me, but have some rubbing problems, probably because of the offsets or the tire size. Custom forged wheels cost a lot of money, but they are well worth the investment. Even though my wheels are bigger and wider than the 18" ISPs, they are lighter and stronger , plus just the fact that they don't rub make it well worth the money

PICTURES of said AC Latives...my imagination tells me they'll be hot.

How much did the Forged AC's cost you? I'm guessing 6-7grand?

seriously, do a search bro. If you look under the "show your rims" section, there are several people running 20s. If anything, you should have rub with the front inner wheel well (plastic bulge).

You can see the wheels by clicking on the link below:

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...hlight=alex350

I can't post the price of the wheels because of the forum rules, but they were a bit over $6K with the tires, mounting of tires and TPMS, balancing and shipping

No rubbing at all. Volk GT-7s Front: 20x8.5 +44 245/30/20
Rear: 20x9.5 +37 275/30/20
Here is an old, dirty pic of my car:

What kind of (if any) adjustments did you need to make to get those wheels on there?

nothing significant, just heating up the front fenders and cutting the little lip out of the rear fenders.

hmmm i dont know if i want to get 20's because i dont want to have to cut the lip out of the rear fenders, even though it doesnt sound too difficult... what did you mean by heating up the front fenders what will it do? if i just went with 19's those would work fine without problems correct?

You can use a heat gun to make the front inner fender liner plyable and push it in a bit. Any competant wheel shop you purchase from should do all these mods for you for free with your purchase. I recommend Wheel Warehouse in Anaheim.

I didn't want to cut the fenders or heat the front wheel well plastics either, and I DIDN'T HAVE TO with the wheel/tire setup that I have

you dont need to trim the rear fender lips to run a 20" wheel. it depends on the offset. even if you went with 19" you could have rubbing issues. i would not worry about heating the front fender liner. it is a very minor modification and does not damage anything. as long as your offsets, widths and tire sizes are correct there should be no issues.

Can the rims be the same size for front and rear? I noticed you have 8.5 in the front and 9.5 rear.

People with IS250 AWDs need to have the same size rims in the front and rear, not to exceed 8.5 inches wide.

The ones with the IS250 and IS350 can have the same size wheels in the front and rear, but can also have staggered setups (different widths in the front and rear)
