Default Aerotect CL package question

Hey guys,

What exactly did you guys get for the Clublexus package for clear bra installation? I had been searching through the threads and found different configurations among all the people. Some had extended hood while some had the edges of the door wrapped as well.

Let me know, i am having my installation done next week and i would like to have a clear idea!

Thanks all

only things i paid extra for was the headlight overlay and bumper plugs to fill my front bumper holes. $699 is for all the other things I mentioned but i did ask Francisco to do the rear bumper, door edges, and door handles at no extra charge.

i got mine done from a buddy of mine for only $600...so if anybody from the Bay Area, CA and wanna get it done for a reasonable price, let me know. He uses 3M Clear Bra Protection. I got it done on my black IS.....very nice.

One more recommendation for Areo Tect. They just did a full installation on my '07 Escalade, custom hood (+6 inches), front bumper, headlights, etc. They also added extra pieces in areas prone to damage (rear liftgate handle, area by the front wheels where dirt/grime kicks up). Total was a touch over $700.

They did an awesome job. So much better than the clear bra install I had by a mobile installer a few years ago. Very knowledgable and friendly folks. If you're in the So. Cal. area, I highly recommend them. Ha, Francisco even gave me a CL discount on the Escalade

If it looks bad, there could be installation issues. The films should not affect your paint unless the paint is new and not fully cured. This would only be a problem if you recently repainted. A new car off the lot should not have fresh paint. I've heard of yellowing film too but this was with older films. The new film formulations are much better and should not do this.
