3M tape? Are you getting the clear bra?

 

Yeah I am, the best I could get them to do was throw in the floormats and clear bra for free. Trust me, I'm a natural born negotiator, and these guys were basically like if you dont take it, someone else will, and we're not changing the price, Sad sad sad world =[

Man I'm freaked out about the moonroof issue if its going to make noise or not, I never paid attention on the test drives and I had no idea that the moonroof is actually supposed to be very quite even at high sppeds haha, beleive it or not I just drove the car once, took a look and said I'll take it. Theres alot I dont know about this car...

 

Don't you just like the feeling that waiting the call from dealer and say you can pick up the car now... When I was waiting I just keep checking my mobile... haha

Pick up your car tomorrow, and bring it back to them when they can clear bra it same-day...

 

Man my biggest worry right now is if theres like 100 km on the car when I go to pick it up...

 

So just show up and demand your car ASAP... I'd be worried about that too... That's why I plan to be at the dealership when the truck pulls in...

 

Can I call them and tell them to not use the car as the demo?

 

I think I'm going to go to the dealership tommorow morning and see the car, and talk to the GM and make sure that no one is test driving the car, and if I can even drive it off on Saturday and come back to get the clear bra done, if not, definitely sooner then thursday, like thats crazy, they have 5 business days, from the sounds of it this shouldn't take longer then a few hours anyways...

 

i don't think they will use your car as a demo. They have a specific car for the test drive. Plus, why would they risk letting someone drive your car and the driver mess up your car and give your money back. If you can wait 3month for your car, a couple more days won't do you any harm. Let say you pick up your car tomorrow and a big rock hit your front end....sad sad you don't have the clear bra because you are ****ty in your pant, worried about ppl messing with your car. I might sound harsh but than you are over panic...chill out

I never see an is350 in my life before i went to the dealership and saw it and fall in love. Bought my car right on the spot in january and bring it home. I didn't want to wait 3month for all the option, so i just got a base model is350. That day before going to lexus, i went to bmw to look and drive the new bmw 530 but i didn't really like the way it drive. I never look back, lexus drive very smooth and i don't have any problem with it, include moonroof.

I prepped the car myself I took off all the plastic and other wrappings. I even told the dealer DO NOT wash my car before I pick it up. Needless to say, no one layed a finger on my car before I got there.
