Default New '07: few issues updated

Picked up the '07 IS 350 as planned today and love the nav/camera option. This realy compliments the car. Yet, it does not feel a peppy or quick as the month old '06 IS 350 I took back. Also there are 2-3 body gaps I noticed, one in the front lip about 2 mm wide I am sure this can be fixed. I wonder if they are trying to fly these out of the factory since there is such a big demand. Any way it is my car to keep and will fix these "issues". Picture to follow soon.

After fix with help from you guys...thanks!!

Why the switch from an 06 to an 07? Seems like a waste of $$$.

Got a few more bells and whistles while going to an '07. Got back what I paid for the '06. Just did not get much of a discount off the '07...but who is? Plus I like turning of the VDIM, since I will be modifing this car and taking it to the track sometimes.

That's a good deal if you broke even on the losing of the '06.

There is some variance from one motor to another, it's possible that yours in the '07 doesn't make as much power. But even if that's the case it'd be slow close that you couldn't really tell. Most likely it just needs to be broken in to open up some more.

I have that gap too. Awhile back Lexus offered to replace the entire lip (they said they could only replace the entire lip because it came in 1 set or something) but I declined since it would've taken over 3 weeks and they probably would've done more damage to the car trying to fix that... Let me know if your dealer says the gap is correctable without having to replace it... maybe I can go back to my dealer and see if it's adjustable...

nm, I just went out to look and there's a few screws underneath. I'll take a look at it again when I have time.
