Default Is this a good deal?

anyway so i was looking at a is350 today. Its an 06 with 600 miles on it. It has the luxury package with everything but the ML, and the radar cruise stuff. they had it stickered at 43k and i got them down to 40k. I was just wondering if you guys think this is a good deal or if i can get them down to a lower price... considering this was the car they were using for a test drive car?

I think its pretty good. I got the same car config (with 23 miles though) for a lease price of 680/month with zero down (except TTL) and for 3 years, 12K miles. I think the price I was negotiating off was 41K. I'm not sure if I got a good deal or not though...anyone? Thanks

I might try to get it down a bit more since you're taking a year of depreciation AND a car used for test drives, so it got 600 hard miles.

They're trying to get rid of the 06 now, so people are getting good deals near invoice for brand new 06, never mind a demo model.

I bought the exact same car as you on 8/16/06 but brand new and I paid 40K.
With 600 miles on it I'd push them harder on the price.

You should pay INVOICE for that car... Or worst case, no more than a few hundred dollars over invoice, at the VERY most.

I think you should try and get it lowered a little bit if that price isn't out the door price. I bought my IS350 w/ sport package, ML audio, NAV, backup camera for 40k plus tax and title.

I have the same package except I dont have the radar cruise but I do have the ML. I got it for about $2500 off the MSRP back in the first week of July of this year. The car is already used and that should depreciate it at least $3000-$4000. You should be buying that car at no more that invoice price.
