Low tire pressure
You might still be under-pressure and/or have a leak. What air pressure did you fill them to? Always check the pressure when the tires are cold, because this is the reading that should match up with the recommendations that are listed on the door jam.
I've been through this twice now, with some cooler weather, and the trick is that you have to overinflate them a little to get the monitors to reset.
Just run the tires up to 40 or so, turn on the ignition so you can see the display, and when the warning is off, bleed off the excess to get back to the right pressure.

mine went off last week--all 4 tires were low. After inflation, the warning went a way about 10 sec after re-ignition. If all the tires are indeed properly inflated, you may need to re-initialize the sensors (instruction in the manual).

What kind of Honda ??? I'm not familiar w/any Honda/Acura that has a TPMS sensor in the spare - almost all of them have the silly lil' compact donut. I know my '06 IS350 has the compact donut and it doesn't have the sensor . . .
