Default NAV vs. Sport Pkg?

Okay guys, I need some help here....

1) I am sitting down here trying to figure out what options I want to get for the 07 model. I was comparing the sports package vs. the NAV system and wanted to know, which of these 2 would you suggest getting from YOUR experiences??
2) Since 07 model will have HIDs/AFS/Scuff Plates/VDIM off options, I am leaning more towards the NAV because I've read bunch of threads about the the sport suspension and people are saying that it is not differentiable from the standard suspension? I've also read the NAV threads and gotten the feeling that there are so many options with the NAV system that you can play with.
3) One CONCERN I have is that, what would happen if for some reason the NAV system failed after awhile?? Would the control of the AC/Heater/stereo/bluetooth/etc.... be damaged or unable to USE???

Default WHAT??? 07 sports pack doesnt include navi!?!

Why did they do away with the navi units being standard on sports pack models? My 06 IS w/ the sports pack came with navi.

If you have the money, get both. If I really had to choose between the two, I would probably get the Nav system. If you want to get a sport suspension, you could always buy springs or coilovers later and custom tailor the ride to exactly the way you want it.

I was contemplating getting the nav when I bought my car, but now I'm glad I did get it, especially when you get the ML system, which allows you to play DVD movies in the car.

to me.. this isnt even a competition.. get the navi. you can put in the sports package parts yourself if you decide you want them later down the road. Where as trying to put the navi system into a non-navi car.. is quite the challenge..

i don't think nav comes standard with sport or lux package. they're separate items. i know the nav didn't come standard with my lux package at least...

Cool

I'd rather have the Nav and add the other features of the sports package that you want later.

The Nav is a standalone option. It may have came with your car already packaged but you did pay additional for it.

Get the Nav. If you want the sports package later, there will be people who have switched them out for coilovers and will probably sell the shocks and springs cheap.

I did forget about all of the other stuff you get with the sport package such as the pedals, scuff plates, hids, etc. I don't know how those will be packaged up for the '07's but it makes it a more difficult decision for me.

Get Both. Might as well get every option you can afford.

Mine is a sport with NAV.

You don't have to choose.
