Lexo, FWIW, I agree with you about karma. That's always the "danger" on these boards, you run into people occassionally who seem to be into putting other posters down -- I don't get it, we're supposedly here to help each other and learn. Well, whatever....we all just have to try and ignore it and continue to be positive. I love the fact that I can get some pretty esoteric questions answered here from people with "real life" IS experience. So please don't leave just because of a bad experience, and I think most people here are really helpful, even with kind of obvious questions. (P.S.: I do read my manual, but since I'm not exactly mechanically inclined, a lot of it is Greek to me....) Good luck with your windows!
