Default Homelink programming question

Ok, I followed the instructions on an earlier thread and the programming worked! However, is there any way to program the original garage remote at the same time? I have 3 cars and need the 2 original remote in each of them. When I program the home link, the original remote ceases to work. When I program the original remote, the homelink ceases to work. Any ideas guys?

I finally was able to get mine to work. I had to hold the Homelink button for a couple seconds until the garage door opened.
