garage door opener help

i want to program my homelink but I dont have the remote for the garage can i do it with out the remote?

No, as it states in your owner's manual you need it to program.

yeah, sorry man but the first step of the programming requires your remote to be held about one inch from the homelink transmitter. That remote is necessary...
