I'm thinking about putting tints on. It is black exterior with black interior, so initially I was thinking 50 percent since I don't really want to deal with the cops and also with a black interior I thought maybe it would look darker? Is this true? Can the people with tints post some pictures of their setup and what percentage they got? Thanks in advance.

wow that looks a lot lighter than 13% . . . just my opinion.

 

i have the same exact tint on mine.. im pretty happy with it. looking at cdeeznuts car the 13% doesnt seem that much darker than the 35%.

 

Thanks for the fast reply, the 13 percent and 35 percent looks the same but then again it looks like the picture taken with the 13 percent was on a brighter day. Do you guys get hassled by the cops? Cause I know in New York, they look for ppl with tints. Anyone else have a completely side shot with the 35 percent tint and black interior, I was wondering how see through the glass is. Basically I want the cops to be able to see my face completely if they were right beside me. Anyone with 50 percent tints? Thanks again for the replies.

35% is legal in CT, so I'm not worried

 

I have the Solar gaurd 23% on mine and it looks exactly the same shade
as your Solar gaurd 13%

 

5% on the rear and 20% on the front, I have the black interior also.

 

Does anyone have a pic of silver or mirror tints? Just wondering how that would look on a tungsten pearl color.

 

no, cdeez just has no clue whats on his car. thats not 13% by a long shot. 13% isn't even a tint you'd find that often

scroll down... oh my gosh 13% tint who knew. I got it done at tint connetion in costa mesa, a very reputable shop, I actually will be getting my father's gs today with 50 front and 32 rear today so i'll see if i can get pics up later today.

I have Black on Black with 35% on all 5 windows. I wouldn't do it any other way. Cops here in Ohio haven't seemed to have a problem with it yet.
