Usually when you take delivery of your car, the salesman hands you the LPS sheet. That's what mine did and I totally forgot about it. I brought the car back a month later because I thought my rear view auto dimming mirror stopped working and the service manager gave me another LPS sheet.

You can pretty much ask any salesman/service guy for an LPS sheet the next time you're at the dealer.

I don't see what's wrong with driving the car for a while and do a one time change. Like KenSteele said, most people will get a one time adjustment according to what they like and forget about it. I don't see why changing these settings would need to be done multiple times unless someone's got ADD. After having driven my car for 2 months now, I know exactly how I want the settings to be and when I get my LPS settings set, I'm happy with leaving them the way they are...

There one pretty big option that got left out of the LPS... the unlock all doors under 10 sec of IG-Off or unlock drivers only after 10 sec. I really like that.

FYI, I got three of the LPS settings changed at my 5K service for free. Just know going in all of the LPS settings you want changed. In other words, if you have five changes made at that first appointment, it will be free. If you have those same five changes made in five separate appointments, you'll end up paying for four of them.

It probably all depends on the dealer and your relationship with them. It takes time for the tech to make the change but if they didnt care about the money then they'll do it for free... And since it was the 5K service they already got some money from Lexus for doing the service so they prob did the LSP changes for you as a favor.
